("Noah") (NYSE: NED), a leading provider of interactive educational content and education services in China, today announced that Mr. Jerry He, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, will attend the Signal Hill Third Annual Education Preview Conference held in Baltimore, United States on Thursday, November 12 and will present at 10:30 am, Eastern Time.

Mr. He will also attend the Brean Murray, Carret & Co 2009 China Growth Conference held in New York City on Thursday, November 19, 2009. He will give a presentation on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at 11:20 am Eastern Time.
