The task order, awarded under the Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners 2 Innovations (CIO-SP2i) contract, has an estimated value of $173 million over five years if all options are exercised.
Since 2001, SRA has managed and operated the enterprise operations center for GuardNet XXI, a nationwide communications structure that supports the Army National Guard's mission by serving as the communication channel for data and video between the Department of the Army and the 54 states, three U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia. "The SRA team has developed a strong working relationship with the Army National Guard in network design and operations, working with Government agencies, vendors, and new technologies to enhance the IT enterprise while ensuring that services are secure and available," said Tony Valletta, SRA Senior Vice President, Defense Sector. "We will continue to transform our service support to match the Guard's transformation."
